Job Description

The SVP of Sales, will take full sales accountability for LeadAngel and implement a sales strategy that enables LeadAngel to maximize the potential for sales opportunities with both existing and new name clients. You will lead a team of sales professionals.

As a leader, you will have to set your vision and strategy for sales, engage with other LeadAngel departments to deliver results and achieve targets, and align talents and develop a strong and positive culture of performance among your team.

Responsibilities:

  • New business development & strategic account planning
  • Conduct regular gatherings to analyze accounts, portfolios, pipelines and forecast, working closely with Marketing and Product & technology departments
  • Lead and coach the sales managers to utilize strategic accounts processes, and help them develop a positive culture of performance and attain their goals
  • Work seamlessly with internal partners in all functions to coordinate sales support, internal projects and achieve major wins together

Required Skills:

  •  You have a first significant and successful experience at a senior-executive level, as leader of a sales organization in the Global or Americas region, including digital/solutions/software sales experience for B2B enterprises 
  • Tech-savvy, you have a deep knowledge of the CRM and Marketing automation sector. Ideally you have a good technical acumen
  • You have a proven ability to define and execute effective sales strategy
  • You showed success in rallying a team around a vision and are experienced in change management 
  • You’re a creative mind, able to think “outside the box” 
  • You have excellent people management skills, including strong communication skills
  • You have financial literacy and feel at ease with interpreting business revenues, profit, and general performance trends 
  • You have great problem-solving skills, helping you to find ways to drive incremental revenues in a changing business environment
  • You’re energic, resilient and result-oriented
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and project-oriented management environment 
  • Self-aware, you also have an irreproachable integrity
