We are seeking a Sales and Support who will be responsible for positioning, selling and supporting LeadAngel B2B Account Based Marketing product. We need an experienced solutions engineer with a consultative approach, experienced in Marketing Automation tools (such as Marketo, Eloqua etc) and Salesforce. You should be able to deliver successful proof of concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Marketing Automation consulting for Account Based Marketing.
  • Be a resident subject matter expert on LeadAngel product and integration.
  • Deliver successful proof-of-concepts, deployment planning, support and consulting engagements.
  • Establish and maintain technical credibility with prospects and existing clients.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to help advance deals.
  • Actively communicate with engineering and product team with respect to evolving customer requirements in the marketplace
  • Improve the customer’s experience through webinars, workshops and written documentation.

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for positioning, packaging, adoption and success of LeadAngel products and services to help customers manage leads and do Account Based Marketing (ABM).

You will work closely with CEO and SVP of Sales to ensure alignments with market requirements. You will also be responsible for creating persuasive sales initiatives as well as developing public facing assets.

As we are a startup, you must be comfortable wearing different hats to support in all marketing initiative. This is a very high visibility position that requires a blend of strong technical, business and marketing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Create compelling marketing content to support go-to-market efforts including: whitepapers, web content, blog posts, social media channels, presentations, videos, customer case studies, demos, and training materials.

The SVP of Sales, will take full sales accountability for LeadAngel and implement a sales strategy that enables LeadAngel to maximize the potential for sales opportunities with both existing and new name clients.

You will lead a team of sales professionals. As a leader, you will have to set your vision and strategy for sales, engage with other LeadAngel departments to deliver results and achieve targets, and align talents and develop a strong and positive culture of performance among your team.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
– New business development & strategic account planning
– Conduct regular gatherings to analyze accounts, portfolios, pipelines and forecast, working closely with Marketing and Product & technology departments
– Lead and coach the sales managers to utilize strategic accounts processes, and help them develop a positive culture of performance and attain their goals
– Work seamlessly with internal partners in all functions to coordinate sales support, internal projects and achieve major wins together

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for selling LeadAngel’s products and services via telephone, primarily by responding to high volume inbound and outbound calls. The ISR is held accountable for prospecting opportunities, closing sales, and placing orders. The ISR is also responsible for delivering a positive customer experience using the LeadAngel sales model while maximizing revenue and margin generation.
