LeadAngel Auto Conversion helps you manage duplicates in CRM database. This is usually helpful if your sales organization is more aligned towards Contacts -> Opportunity. Following auto conversion options are available
- Merge matching lead into an existing contacts. The contact owner continues to be the owner of merged lead.
- If a lead is matched to an account, and no matching contact is found, then convert lead into a new contact. The account owner becomes the new contact owner
- If a lead is not matched to an account, and no matching contact is found then create contact and account. The SFDC admin user activated LeadAngel application becomes the newly created contact and account owner.
- Optionally, create an opportunity whenever a lead is converted. The account owner becomes the opportunity owner.
