Data Dictionary is the place where most of the magic happen. It has elements to Fuzzy Match account and addresses along with creating complex filter based on Leads, Accounts and Opportunity. It has three main dictionary types.

  1. Account List
  2. Account Status
  3. Market Segment

1. Account List

Not all the accounts you want to Target or Route are always in your CRM. In such cases, LeadAngel’s Account List is used to create an Account List. All the accounts in the list are Fuzzy Matched against the leads for routing and segmentation.

Use account lists to create frequently updated lists such as Target List of accounts for a Sales Rep or Team, or list of competitors customers.

2. Account Status

LeadAngel got you covered if your lead routing or marketing segmentation requirements depend on a customer or pipeline status. Account Status dictionary lets you filter the accounts, and ultimately all the leads belonging to such account. Example, you may want to find all the leads from accounts, that has an open opportunity. Another example, you may want to find leads from all the accounts that has purchased any product in past 3 years.

3. Market Segment

Market Segment is most widely used Data Dictionary. It can be used to defined almost any complex filter on Lead and Account objects. It has 3 main components

  1. Account Object
  2. CRM Lead Object
  3. Marketing Automation Lead Object (MA Lead Object)

MA Lead Object is used for Lead Segmentation to be used in Marketing Automation system. It is an optional upgrade to LeadAngel Lead Router.

Market Segment can be used for variety of purposes such as defining geographical territories, industry grouping, lead type, account stage etc.

Market Segment can be created only using Account Attributes (where all the leads matched to the account qualify), or only using Lead Attributes (where all the matching leads qualify) or both.

When both Leads and Account attributes are used, leads can be qualified using either filter, or both filters using BOTH or ANY option in the market segment

When switching from ANY to BOTH option, if the Market Segment is used in any Routing Territory then Account and CRM Lead must be defined. If the Market Segment is used in Lead Segment then the Account and MA Lead must be defined.
