What You’ll Do
- Architect & Build: Lead the development of our core product using Angular 18+, leveraging the latest features.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure our application remains blazing fast and scalable as we grow our user base.
- Own the Lifecycle: From initial wireframes to deployment, you’ll have a hand in every stage of the frontend lifecycle.
- Shape the Culture: As an early hire, you will help define our engineering standards and mentor junior developers as the team expands.
- Path to Leadership: This role is designed to evolve into a Lead Developer or Engineering Manager role within 12-18 months.
What We’re Looking For
- Angular Mastery: 2 to 5 years of professional experience, with a deep understanding of Angular 18 and modern TypeScript.
- Modern State Management: Proficiency in latest angular features.
- Startup DNA: You are comfortable with ambiguity, pivot quickly, and take extreme pride in your craft.
- UI/UX Instincts: A keen eye for detail—you care about the “feel” of the product as much as the logic behind it.
- Communication: The ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical founders.
